We charge a very low commission of 15%. We do not nickel and dime our homeowners with extra fees, and maintenance calls under 30 mins are not charged to the owner!

Final checks are done by one of our managers before any check-in. 20+ years of experience. Our ownership team operated a resort cleaning business that serviced Wild Dunes and Kiawah before he started a Property Management company. We are very detailed. All properties are staged for check-in as if they are for sale. We want your guest to experience a “wow” factor upon arrival. We take a lot of pride in the care and appearance of our managed properties.
We leverage technology to respond to any issue, usually within 10 minutes. Same day on-site response if necessary. Great relationships with locally licensed plumbers, HVAC, landscapers, electricians, painters, and contractors. We manage pool, landscaping, irrigation, pest control, etc. We perform spring and fall inventory and preventative maintenance.
